This project consisted of expanding the secondary treatment process by building new lagoons, replacing and adding new aeration systems, adding new sludge drying beds, expanding the tertiary treatment with a new DAF and filter installation, upgrading all electrical and instrumentation controls, adding a new laboratory building, and improving the site drainage and paving.

The owner and representatives were extremely satisfied with Syblon Reid's effort and coordination while working around the existing plant and integrating these new facilities into the existing structure.
