Stoneridge Parcel 35, Village 6 is located in Roseville, California on a hill of solid Mehrten volcanic mudflow. The Syblon Reid team used value engineering expertise to grind and crush the utility trench spoils and utilized them to create acceptable trench backfill material thereby saving the client the expense of exporting the unsuitable rock spoils.

Other aspects to complete this project included the installation of the underground sewer, water, and drainage systems, and the surface improvements for the 78-lot subdivision.
