Syblon Reid Multiple Award Winner at 2008 AGC Safety Awards of Excellence Banquet

June 2008 - The Associated General Contractors of California (AGC-CA) handed out safety awards to contractors in recognition of their commitment to developing and implementing excellent safety programs at the AGC of California Safety Awards of Excellence Luncheon.

Syblon Reid received first place in the “Safety Excellence On An Individual High Hazard Job” category for the Emergency Slide Repair at Akin Powerhouse project.

Syblon Reid also received a first place Safety Award of Excellence in recognition of exemplary construction safety in the “Heavy/Civil/Highway 200,001 – 500,000 worker hours division”.

March, 2008 - Syblon Reid was named a finalist at the 2008 Associated General Contractors of California (AGC-CA) Constructor Awards in the “Innovation In Construction Techniques Or Materials” category for the project Emergency Slide Repair at Akin Powerhouse.
