North Point, LLC required a significant pumping plant structure. Syblon Reid poured a 1,000 cubic yard concrete structure with a capacity to handle eighty-five feet per second of storm runoff.

This storm drain pumping plant is equipped with automated trash gate and sluice gates. In addition, a control building was constructed with a standby generator and variable frequency pumps.
