Oroville Dam Bulkhead Repair

An emergency project for a valued client, Syblon Reid was able to quickly assess the client's needs and help them develop a project plan to perform bulkhead repairs to a low-level outlet valve (LLOV). The projects first phase required directing lead abatement work to provide access to the bulkhead area with the second phase consisting of repairing the bulkhead area to support the rest of the project.
