El Dorado Hills WWTP

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA

For a public works client, the project is an expansion of an existing water treatment plant from 19 million gallons to 26 million gallons per day. Scope of work includes installing a chemical feed system to replace an existing chlorine gas system, complete control SCADA replacement, installation of raw water intakes in Folsom Lake, construction of a 400,000 gallon water storage tank, and construction of a 580’ long retaining wall.

A major challenge of the project is completing all work while not impacting the water distribution needs of the client.
