Canal Wildlife Fencing

Location: El Dorado County, CA

To provide security and protect wildlife from entering existing hydro canals, over 10,200 LF of fencing is being repaired and installed for a public works client. Being in a remote location with limited access required creative methods of getting materials and supplies to the multiple worksites. ATV's and boats were used to deliver supplies along the canal system. With work locations at steep slopes with little room to perform the work, creative fall protection solutions and work methods are used to complete the work safely and on time.
